We are back and really hope you enjoyed yourself during the hot days of summer. The carefree days of August and Summer Holidays belong to the past and we are all trying to adjust ourselves to the old routine and survive during the first days of September.
I know it’s not easy and we are all doing our best to get used to the same, usual rhythms, but it’s also the best time to restart our lives, set new goals and rules to make our living more enjoyable and more interesting to become happier and more active.
I think now it’s the best time to stand up and speak up!
After two years of stress, insecurities and loneliness I guess we realised that we should never take anything for granted because, in a few moments, bad things can happen and our whole world can turn into a nightmare.
Now that we finally turned back to normal, it’s time to be clear with ourselves and the rest of us. Two words are enough to avoid drama and save time, speak up!
I really don’t understand the reason we come across so many misunderstandings when, in truth, things are simple. Sadly, most of us find it difficult to speak up and we feel bad for not having a healthy relationship or healthy friendships.
All of these can be solved if we decide to speak up and be real and honest, saying exactly what we feel and think. It worked for me and I am sure it can help you and many others as well. It’s a great way to find out who are those people who will stand by your side forever no matter what…
Just remember,
When something annoys you, speak up.
When someone gets rude and violates your privacy, speak up.
When your
partner loses the way to your common path, speak up before it’s too late.
Two simple words and we can have a wonderful life with the people we love.
Be always honest and kind, speak up and start living the future you imagined since your childhood. You can do this and believe me you will feel better than ever before
